Budburst Raspberry and Honey Session Mead (6%ABV)

Introducing our first release, Budburst. 

Made from Scottish raspberries and British honey, this is the perfect sparkling drink for the summer. It is light and elegant, having finished out fermentation completely dry, the floral & fruity notes however, give it an edge of perceived sweetness which expertly balances this stunning summer sipper.

A little zip of acid and light pétillant sparkle of fizz on the palate make for the ideal refreshing glass to be enjoyed at any celebration. The strength is deliberately half that of a normal wine or mead, meaning that the reasons for popping a cork can be that bit more frivolous!

Packaged in 750ml champagne style glass bottles with a cork and cage closure.

Keep in the fridge and serve chilled.
